Smart logistics is an integral part of our business! Whether by Seafreight (LCL or FCL), Roadfreight, Airfreight or Express Courier, we will move heaven and earth to ensure that our customers get their orders on time!

CARBOCRAFT is a JUST-IN-TIME food ingredient and process raw material supplier. We keep local inventory for all our customers nationwide (we have warehousing facilities in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town) to facilitate prompt and flexible deliveries within a lead time of 24-48 hours. As a flexible JIT-supplier, we supply our customers on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis!

Through effective inventory planning, sufficient material is stored at our warehouse facilities at all times in accordance with our customers’ consumption requirements.

In order to ensure uninterrupted supply, we keep an adequate store of buffer or safety stock to cover any eventualities, e.g. unplanned spikes in consumption patterns, etc.

We have no prescribed minimum order quantity (MOQ)! No order is either too big or too small for us. All orders are equally welcome!

As a food ingredient supplier, we realise and understand that despite adequate planning, stock outages do occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances in production. We do not shy away from same day deliveries and where necessary, we expedite URGENT orders within 2-3 hours after order receipt at no additional cost!

We operate a strictly controlled First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system that guarantees a consistently high level of product quality. All our deliveries are accompanied by a detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA), clearly reflecting the batch number, production date and “best before” date.
